These demo terms describe the relationship between the marketplace, its sellers and its buyers.

This page is part of the Ryadeh Store demo content set. It exists so that the static-page layout, the footer link groups and the page menus all have real content behind them.

Using the platform

Orders placed before 2pm local time are dispatched the same working day. Tracking details are emailed as soon as the parcel is collected, and you can follow the status from your account at any time.

Disputes

If something is not right, contact the seller through the message thread on the order first - most issues are resolved within a day. If that does not work, open a support ticket and the platform team will step in and mediate.
